Plasma cannon bug. where damage is not applied correctly. Come on guys you know meh. I make PLC videos for crying out loud. I'm just talking about a bug making the plasma cannon damage not fully register. I'm supposed to do base 313 damage to shields. I have proficiency 5 and 2 damage mods and I apply a whoping les than 100 damage to shields lots of time. I sent a bug report but got no answer.
I dislike when people talk and don't know who or what they are talking about. IF I KNOW HOW TO USE IT. LOL
