Unfortunately, the piece I have for a mic is uncomfortable and I haven't used it since first getting it. I am, however, extremely good at reading the field for the situation at hand.
If I do happen to wander into your squad, people, get the leader to mark someone or something and I'll be there. Keep in mind, however, I have a terrible habit of wandering off to heal people nearby when I'm in my logibro setup. If I'm in my heavy, be sure to throw a pity nanohive at the marked area, because my ****** is going to linger around there until I die. Seeing people walk by without throwing a hive makes me angry. I'm usually that one guy that keeps an objective untouched. Hell, I remember this one time I ran out of ammo for my Scrambler Pistol and HMG and I was meleeing people to death. Ever seen a heavy get really dirty with melee? It's bloody pitiful. Throw a hive, man!
If you do mark a person, I'll be sure to keep that person in mind when I check the perimeter when he or she takes a stand somewhere. If I'm not lodging my repair tool up their bum, I mean.

Also if you are serious about FW, start listing yourself to a specific faction. All of this "I'm Amarr and Caldari" or "I fight for Gallente and Minmatar" is lame. Pick a single side that you will fight for the most and say you fight for them.
Of course you can fight for two factions, but it's like saying "I'm an assault and a logi player." Yeah you can be, but we all associate ourselves with one role specifically.

In the system in my sig, (click on it damnit!) there is a supreme commander or platoon leader so battles are more of a dictatorship than a republic and the PL calls the shots.
Arguments did happen occasionally, but it much better than what we have now.

Matari couldn't afford the other eye.
That is obvioisly a reference to Odin. In EVE, a lot of the Minmatar systems and regions are norse-ish. Maybe not so apparant in Dust, perhaps.
Gallente has multiple because they have eyes everywhere (scannets, drones etc.)
Caldari has none because they are the blind justice (if you count the beams on the sides, then its because they are crosseyed)
Amarr has two because of the true sight of God.

I do stuff like: heal everyone I see, stealthily hack the objectives when the opportunity is right, guard whoever is put under the command, follow orders etc... But I'm usually solo because I know how to win at this game.
