Executive Summary
Hi, Spade here, representative of 420 Knight, CEO of the illusive and industrious "420 Smoking Knights". I am writing to inform you of our current state of openly recruiting new recruits to our rapidly growing and extensively diverse community! First things first: our main goal is to have fun! With that being said, no one likes to lose a lot, so we do pursue our interests to the fullest extent of our abilities. With 100+ Players and growing extraordinarily fast we have some extremely talented players in our corporation who are more than willing to help out, and we have recently opened the "420 Smoking Academy" for newer players to learn the ropes and get themselves situated and assimilated into the flow of the game. We expect vigilance and diligence on the battlefield and do maintain an extensive activity reporting and assessment documentation for successful militarization purposes.
Keys to Success
Our "420 Smoking Knights Academy" is developed so our new players can be assimilated into the chaos that is the eve universe in a more forgiving and friendly manor than is seen in the ruthless local battles, and the rugged exploitation of new characters or detriment to their personal well-being that is absolutely unacceptable, we seek out these new players and open our arms to the potential and possibilities of training our future leaders and armed forces. We maintain a high level of enforcement for the respect of others whether within our own corporation or otherwise corporation associated. Our reputation is important to us, we will fight to maintain and uphold what we have built. With that being said, competition and battle is what the game is all about!
Mission Statement
We intend to expand our resources and activity within the eve universe and gain a foothold for expansion devised through strategic alliances and training regiments. We, indeed, want to take over the universe, or at least a nice piece of it for our own smoking knights virtual utopia! in this area we could develop our networking and in-battle and forum organizational ability and add to and hone our advanced training regiment, we will constantly have to work to maintain our developed military facilities and area's as well as protect them from all attackers, so we need dedicated and motivated individuals to join our cause. We are the "420 Smoking Knights" and we are here to stay.

Rules:
-avoid any chatty conversation or off-topic conversations in a PC Battle
-MIC is required only to get in Planetary Conquest or Pc Training but this is not required to join the Knights
-Must maintain a predetermined level of activity: 1 active corporation battle, squad organisation, or active recruitment campaign per month is required by each of our recruits
-Display initiative, and become involved in our forum recruitment, facebook, twitter, and website campaigns
-able to operate and fight on behalf of 420 Smokin Knights solo or as part of a squad consistently
-Must be 16 years of age or older
-Must follow instructions and work as a team
-Must have a mature personality
