I thought that the melee upgrades would be greatly benefited from adding a reload speed bonus. The melee upgrade effects melee ,so in my mind melee goes with arms... why not effect time to reload too.
i dont know if anyone mentioned this before so i just decided to do it anyway. If this is your idea im completely behind it.

As long as it isn't a 75% reduction at pro level sure!

actually i was thinking around 10% reduction for pro. Since the rapid reload skll only makes about a .5 difference and it gives use some more useful mods for our high slots.
