So things have been a bit jacked up lag wise for me over the past few days. Just now I was hacking a letter, thumbs off the joysticks, and just before completing the hack I was teleported about 20 meters to the right (losing the hack). This was after a whole battle of Dragon Ball Z style maneuvers by red dots (saw guys getting teleported 30 ft in the air, then shooting back down to earth and teleporting all over the place).
Anyway, the hacking thing was the final straw and I decided to check my connection. Everything is good on my end. I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing crazy lag, and if so, is it due to work being done in preperation for 1.7?
Every time I try to walk away, something makes me turn around and stay, and I can't tell you why

I've seen this happen to many times. Although if you're a shotty scout it can benefit you...

No it cant.
Shotguns are one of those weapons where if you miss, you're most likely ******, and lag is less forgiving when it comes to semi-automatic weapons.
I have been getting it A LOT. I even went up against trick ster 514, who I think are Asian, got no lag, nothing, the match was as smooth as hell.
Then I'm thrown in against a US corp and I get HORRIBLE lag.

No. DUST 514's LagGäó is an intended feature. It's meant to harden a player's resolve.
In future updates, CCP plans to expand on LagGäó by adding randomized framerate drops, hangs, and a new Slideshow feature!
Please refrain from complaints regarding LagGäó as CCP doesn't give a rat's ass about what you think.
