Yea was definitely thinking of our current spider tanking.
But hey this isn't a bad idea, it's supposed to be the future and if you ask me we haven't advanced all that much... ARs with iron sights lol |

I think walkers would make really cool command vehicles. These would have warfare links like in EVE that could provide a bonus (e.g. increased shields, armor, speed, weapon range, profile enhancement, or profile dampening etc.) to all friendlies in x radius (maybe something like 200m). They should be very expensive, have huge EHP pools, but low offensive capabilities. They're a force multiplier.
I also want to see EVE-style spider tanking, where all tanks rep each other, but we need remote repair turrets, remote energy transfer turrets and vehicle capacitors for this to be a viable tactic.
