I understand that attachments are probably more than a year away from happening but I would like to propose something to take its place.
2% speed increase per level.
This includes both Sprint and Strafe.
Feedback?

While that would be interesting, to say the least, i vote against giving minmatar any bones right now.
If we gave minmatar scouts the ability to dodge the 15 scanner, QQ gods would descend upon us and make our 125 max shield 74.
If we gave minassault a bonus that wasn't completely opposite of their HP and TTK survival rate, then people would cry that an Mk.0 from the junkheap has managed to kill their shiny wal-mart brand militia caldari.
So leave minmatar where it's at, and just continue to buff things until MK.0's have no purpose.
Btw, i'm calling it here: combat rifle WILL be nerfed within 2 months of introduction, because its bonused towards killing gallente logis.

I still think the Minmatar bonus needs a slight buff to apply to total clip size (instead of base) and at least base ammo capacity. I like the Carthium/Ishukone combo, but you burn through ammo too quick for it to be 100% viable.
I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"

When i do decide to run my minmatar assault, it's ec-3 Md with standard SMG.
Can't fit an m512, or i'd have to forgo my ONLY shield extender.
Sad really. It is.
