I don't remember saying an OP item is not that great?
When did that happen?
But usually by great I mean by how much fun I get out of them.
HMG pre buff was "Great" for me because it was fun, though it was lacking in actual performance.
Same reason I use the laser.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.
