I'm thinking super accurate subs but better. And I'm prof. 5 in subs & lvl 5 in all sub related skills, so I know my subs, and if I know my subs, I'ma gonna LOVE the ACR MINMATAR ARISE! I still think the assault scrambler rifle will be better than the assault combat rifle, but either way the Imperial Scrambler Rifle will always be the universal king of all rifles while the 450% scrambler pistol shots will be a saving grace far more often than any SMG. Strange enough it will have high hipfire accuracy and that doesn't make sense in my book for this sort of weapon but I guess we will see soon enough...
