...was the shield recharge delay a ninja nerf to minjas?
Think about it, the minnie scout has the lowest delay, so us minjas are the most crippled by this shield nerf.
Not asking for a change but I'm just stating the facts.
Oh yeah, while I do that I may just state that there were no changes to fatties or scouts!
Edit: Also for shield tanking gal scouts, if there are any...

I don't think it was intended as a nerf for scouts.
Seriously though, the lack of care for the scout class is beyond a joke at this point.

No.
The shield recharge nerf effects only depleted shields, not damaged shields.
If your minja has depleted shields then it's probably dead anyways, as a minja never has more then 70-80 armor anyways.
Seriously... How many Minjas survive if they lose the entirety of their shields?
