IMO this is complete bullcrap, the suit already needs to run an extra extender just to hit comparative shield HP levels of 2 other assault suits and now it is going to be punished further for doing so. From the perspective of someone who saved up for my minmatar assault pyjamas i am not impressed and feel the change was completely unwarranted.

What's the point of an armor tanker can out heal you? What?! Last time I checked20-25 is more than 0-5. For an armor tanker to get 25 passive repair, they need to sacrifice 4 low slots. People complaining about their Minmatar suit not having enough eHP shouldn't have chosen a Minmatar suit.
