Been playing since closed beta, one thing I really want to see implemented is the stats of the planet really making battles different. One problem I have with the current state of Dust 514 is how repetitive the battles can be. It seems like i'm fighting on the same planet every day. Every single planet in New Eden has specific stats such as temperature, planet type, surface gravity, pressure, atmosphere conditions, and location in the universe. I think it would be right for Dust to have these stats effect every battle on a planet.
As of now, it seems like every battle takes place on either a Barren or Temperate planet. I would LOVE to see a battle take place on a Gas planet on flying installations like the ones used in PI or an Oceanic planet with floating installations or submerged portions as well with beautiful underwater scenery depending on the resources around and the planet conditions. I would love to describe how beautiful it would be to fight on a Lava, Plasma, Ice or Storm planet as well but I would like to go more into how the individual planet stats and conditions could play a bigger role in battles.
First of all, Gravity. Altered gravity would add a whole new aspect to the game and really lay down the foundation for future additions such as jetpacks and all the suits. You could have gravity effect the range on some weapons but that might be a little much. Planetary weather conditions need to vary depending on the planet and location on said planet. You could make some of the storms or other weather conditions effect visibility and mobility such as slippery ice, slowing mud, and blinding storms. Lastly, It would be interesting to add effects on very hostile environments, specifically Lava and Plasma planets. You could have Lava planets induce and armor vulnerability and Plasma planets induce shield vulnerabilities. Recharge rate, armor amount, resistances are all factors that should be manipulated on these extreme condition planets.
The sky view and atmosphere should correspond to the planet stats. How many moons does said planet have? Color of star or binary system? Region in space should be visible from planets with little to no atmosphere. Atmosphere should also be apparent in clouds, weather, and composure of gas. If a planet has wildlife, I would love to see critters running in the brush. If a battle takes place on a planet with a population of humans then a city would be an amazing battlefield. Also wormhole planets, should they have extra effects if there is a celestial phenomenon?
I hope you read this CCP and take these visions into gameplay

Awesome idea, especially gravity. Low-G planets means you can jump higher and take less fall damage, but can't run as fast, due to less friction under your feet making you slipp more than usual on a 1G planet. And yes, that is real physics.
