I would assume so.
If it was 25% of the lost enemy gear -per person- it would be a little bit broken.
Though actually, I'd like to see it give you part of what you kill rather than what your team kills. That way if you go porot hunting you get rewarded for it, for example.

pretty much, but that 25 is split among the whole of the opposing team.
if the opposing team goes about killing each other and all their proto suits, you will gain 25% of all that proto gear, then you can take all that proto gear into pubs and clean up some isk =) |

Most of my SP is spread between Minmatar and Amarr. Reading the devblog made me think I was screwed for LP. But now I'm looking forward to playing both sides & earning LP for one faction & salvage from the other.
