then you got lucky lol many times I would get TK'd in the back for a sensor array.
yeh it was a lot more common to get TK'd for letters I'll give you that. |

It only happened, like, four or five times. Maybe it was because I was always the first guy there (or first to get blown up for a claymore).

partly the developers fault giving people achievement for destroying X number of the things, any of the Trophy monkeys would just come in platinum the game as quickly as possible (Teamkilling for a plant) and move on to next game.
OMG frago the sensor array for me squad leader. Gotta Jew them point, get MVP. |

I dont find Dusts graphics much better than MAGs actually, Dust is so stale and boring... MAG was great, the gameplay and community amazing, I had so many awesome games and moments, meet such great people and spent more time on that game than Ive done on many, many other fps's. =)

1.03 added RBS (random bullet spread) which pretty much nerfed Raven the most. Headshots weren't nearly as easy.

Ask any MAG vet what patch changed MAG for the worst and most would say 1.03. Funny enough, BC2 came out at about the same time as this patch. So after this patch many people moved on to BC2 and MAG suffered the largest population hit.

yup scott rudi killed the game and drove away over 50% of the playerbase
sad times indeed. i remember a couple thousand per pmc in domination.
if they fixed the freezing, kept regional servers, introduced clan deploy, removed RBS
then the game would have had a huge following. |

Yep, I enjoyed MAG quite a bit.
Also remember the ability to use the injector/rep tool on yourself, that was a pretty sweet feature.

I sunk over 5000 hours on Mag the best FPS I've ever played. Leadership comms outstanding, the classes were well defined.
Respec option was great never got stuck playing in one class. Domination best game mode on any fps ..
Proxchat was the shizzzz, community was awesome. Till this day still can't find that fps to replace MAG.
I played on all 3 factions but made SVER my home. Valor played with KEQ,SVER BHD, & Raven .
I miss MAG so much :( |

More likely people will start shooting you to get you to stop hacking and look for the enemy. 95% of the time this will work because you don't want to get killed while hacking. Then the blueberry just has a handful of damage on his hands rather than an actual team kill, and if you TK him in retaliation he'll be able to punish you.
That's how I'd do it if I were a douche. |

Here is a name for you. We are Raven. Never a very big group, but we were solid until we became inactive. Some dusts beasts came out of that group. aka Slap and aka Laz.. Me, I am just a scrub so I do not count. For some reason we always had team killing wars with the Dark Flock. then go figure, months later, most of us are united in the Pink Fluffy Bunnies. Funny how life works.
