(( I'm orthodox Amarr I don't have any problems with the current climate of the Empire you can go all out to protect the Empire from within, my primary focus is the threat from without. Its more an Ordo Hereticus meets Adeptus Astartes scenario))

... Um. Amarr steadyhand? Not that this is any of my business, but isn't that sort of role more appropriately left to the Speakers of Truth? |

aahhhh i understand the confusion Yun Hee, but if you read carefully and look at the case studies you will see that speakers are teachers and advisers first and foremost and judges second. and thats the key part they merely pass judgment and the one they passed was very erm controversial so its not like they go about and do it often.
however my role shall only be to highlight breaches and wrongdoing, abuse of position etc and guess where my evidence is going to land I am sure myself and speakers are going to be come closer. but thank you for highlighting another case of why a group i wish to form is needed in the modern empire

Or the Scions could be that organisation.

I've not been around Amarr like you two. Most of the ex-Templars I've met or worked with would have screamed "Heretic!" and stormed off or worse pulled a scram pistol at some point in your discussion.
Admittedly, I struggle on occasion with one foot in the State and one in the Federation. That's good old fashion politics and personality driven...you guys struggle with abstracts. That said I can see the conviction, powerful if you keep a leash on it. Me...I'm mostly here for the money, and money means freedom in this galaxy.
Like I said, I'm contracted for the Feddies at the moment, but I would sign on for a side gig with you guys if I ever get the chance.
((Pretty nice RP discussion. Be cool to run a match or two with you.;). I'm a big 40K guy as well) |

Most ex-Templars are psychotic and have been purged from existence, those of subsequent generations remain are much more stable.

I'de heard that. A few similar stories from the other factions but to best of my understanding Amarr had the the only real first gen Dustmen. Everybody else was more of a 1.5 or 2nd gen.
I was in the second cohort that went through, the recruiting and implantation was all handled in house at Ishakone instead of under Heth's paw. Only a few of the initial Caldari cohort are still around, most of them in Mordu's Legion. I ran into some of them while I was there. |
