I'm looking for the MagSec as well...probably not included in the 1.7 but I actually have some high hopes that 1.8 gives us a couple dropsuits and sidearms. |

TBH, the Scrambler Pistol was probably originally designed by an Amarrian with so many inherent flaws that it would amount to little more than a handheld suicide machine. He probably then gave his "immaculate design" to one of his brainwashed Sebiestor slaves who then redesigned it so it wasn't completely useless for anything besides suicide and then gave it a shiny gold/platinum case so his holder wouldn't notice that the original "immaculate design" had been totally scrapped for the Sebiestor's functional redesign.
Same goes for all Amarrian tech since they've enslaved the Minmatar.
