PC Lag and Voice Comms. (I'm entirely convinced most of the lag is due to the voice data traffic). If this could be cleaned up and fixed so that the lag is reduced then I'd consider buying arum again, you know... for boosters only.

Give us Titan Mode from Battlefield 2142. So Skirmish, but once the MCC's shields go down, you can board it and take it down from the inside. (it would also give Dropships a legitimate reason to exist.)

I think that is what we all mean, when talking about PvE. I would like a Left 4 Dead-like mode though, where drones just keep on coming until you are out of ammo and/or clones. You should get match SP when doing PVE, just like playing normal matches, but more loot (officer weapons) from the drones.

This right here is the biggest problem in the game and needs to be dealt with RIGHT NOW! ^
The AR is so unbalanced compared to the rest of the weapons because it can be made into an automatic sniper! The fact that it has no dispersion means that it relies on its kick in order to actually be somewhat balanced at range, but how is the kick supposed to balance the weapon if you can stop it from having kick simply by bursting in 15-30 round intervals?
This is the reason ARs "outrange" laser rifles, the reason why ARs kill you in like 2 seconds from 80 meters away, and why the whole TTK is an issue.
In that post I even link to a video of the ASCR actually having kick. That weapon CANNOT become an automatic sniper because there is actually kick on the weapon while ADS. All CCP has to do is make the AR have a similar kick to the assault scrambler and the gun will finally be balanced!
At the end of the AR video I even show how in other games the automatic weapons actually have dispersion instead of kick, so that using ADS only reduces dispersion instead of eliminating it all together.

I'm going to post again after patch notes are released, but in terms of what i think is best for the game, either of these would be welcome new additions:
1) A test & training mode for squads with FF on and stat tracking off.
2) A temporary gear-limited(i.e. no proto) or meta-limited game mode designed to ease the transition out of the academy. Once our population is up we can transition back to pure matchmaker.
On a related note, i would like to see a limited-instance mode designed to explicitly display how good or bad the matchmaker really is: make the mode very simple to eliminate variables: limit gear to standard and vehicles to militia, make it solo-join but allow squads to form in-match. That's about it. My feeling is that in these circumstances we would see that the matchmaker is prolly better than we give it credit for.
The real value of a mode like this is it would educate us all, devs and players alike, and would allow us to sharpen our focus and shift our attention to the genuine problem areas of the NPE.
