Just thought I'd bring it to your attention. The new fac war might be sooner than we think, but it won't likely be until the next Eve expansion so there can be a huge EVE DUST hoorah. So 6 more months SoonGäó.
The Ellecon's come from a long line of Gallente. Tarn chose Peace. Tallen chose war.

I bet this is where orbitals are earned by the pilots, not the mercs, by controlling the district beacon.

When will orbitals cause damage on the MCC?
That feature would make the game connection extremely strong.

Losing a match? call in a dreadnought with an orbital! there are some things money can't buy, but for everything else theres capsuleer connections. |

Would cerainly cause some shooting going on up in space if this feature was added. In that case you would want full control of the space above the district, and so would your enemies...
