It was line harvest, I was killing infantry from really far away, however I remember thinking a blaster would kill them faster, not much faster though. I shot at a passing lav, only clipped him for half a second, enough to take half his shields off, it was very powerful. The laser itself looked exactly like the orbital lasers before the missles fall. The barrel was actually not that big, just remembering it being long as a railgun, but smaller in diameter than a blaster. The sound was a massive buzzing noise, unlike the Bacon sound a laser rifle makes. Now this next part is important...maybe. I went up to a maddy and unloaded hell on him up close,then I remember lasers suck up close, it took so much just to get his shields down, once I hit armor it was like a brick wall that's all I remember, so maybe laser tanks will never roll on the field, but rather on the hills raining down.

You see that joke actually works better verbally, because "two tents" can also be interpreted as "to tense", verbally.
