So logos use rusty needles and reppersto gain the maximum amount of wp. So how about instead of needles being a certain amount of wp, and getting triage wp for a specific amount of armor repped, wp is gained based on the percentage if armor prepped?
Example: 10wp for every 10% of armor rapped. Therefore, std needles give 30wp, advanced give 50wp, and proto gives 80wp. Logis are also encouraged to run better reps, because they gain triage wp faster. |

I say for every 175hp rep'd they should get 25wp with a repair tool. im into the 10% 10wp too

10% for 10wp is an example. These numbers could be whatever. But the point is clear; it behooves you to run proto needles, as you get the same wp for using a rusty needle and repper as a proto needle and repper. |

I tend to agree with OP on the percentage basis but think that for every WP cycle the WP should stay the same. IE LogiBro X reps X amount of armor, he gains the 25WP that is currently being issued (30WP with a Doughnut). The Needles on the other hand I feel would be better as you say, while using the Wyrkomi Needles you should get 80WP per revive, the militia 30WP. It scales nicely and isn't an overly large increase over what we have now, also making it quite beneficial to use the Proto Needle.

Has been suggested many times.
However, what's happening is CCP is adding some form of damage resistance to the Injectors in varying levels.
Who cares what some sniper has to say
