It's just gone back down again, seems some hamsters are refusing to go back to work. Operations are working on locating some new hamsters and are evicting the previous ones.

power issues? research if there was a recent power spike / surge. then check all the Power supply units are okay. if not, replace them asap. if the spike surge caused damage to data etc, we're all doomed
