Got on for 15mins today, 10mins in MQ, 5 mins in battle, the game shuts down, the fan isn't even loud, the PS3 isn't even hot, and nothing was even happening in game (Except for Combat)
This is pretty much what happend;

Figured it out at long last.
Unplugged my power cord, sniffed it (As you do), and the thing had an incredibly strong smell of burnt rubber.
Thank god I found it before any real damage was caused!
