i'd like to see a new shield regulator with improved stats. kind of like how shield energizers work, they would allow for much shorter shield recharge delays, but would lower shield hit points.
tanking by using short shield delays and high recharge should be a bit more viable. only the caldari logi with its bonuses to shield regulators can do it and that's if he uses 4 of them |

callogi isnt unique. its the wrong bonus for it and even ccp knows that. theyll take it away when they rebalance the suit again.
besides all that, that bonus is why people are using the logi instead of an assault suit. (among other reasons) |

I use CalLogi and DON'T use the modules the bonus is made for. I'm not a Killer Bee, I'm a logisis.

I just use Extenders, but when CalLogi had Extender bonus, everyone cried nerf. Us CalLogis can't win.
I mostly don't use them because I brick tank, rather than recharge tank.
