Yeah man the lag has gotten worse in PC because ppl are recognizing that equip does lag out the enemy. First to spam equip will lag the other side also. Also when we play a foreign corp the lag is usually bad if we don't win the server.

PC lag is based around how fast your connection to Shanghai is. why do you think Nyain San is unbeatable? have you been in a PC against them? CCP knows. and like all things, lacks the expertise to fix it.

I have to say Nyain san was the worse to play, either dont take any damage or just teleporting and shotgunin' everyone, what a crock of shite!

I did play against Nyan san when they joined eon a few months ago and slaughtered them because for ONCE they didnt have the connection. Its hit and miss no1 is ever gaurunteed the connection and even if they do get it its your framerate that is going to Fck you. The more uplinks and hives on the field the more both sides will lag. I have the best internet I could get in my area but it WILL NOT* protect me from the damn frame rate crap, The only thing the high dollar internet gave me is I rarely get DC'd in PC lol. Still lag tho from the frames.... I won't play a game mode full of spamming nanos/uplinks and spamming scanners every 5 seconds just to get the win. When you have more uplinks/nanos then players in the battle something's wrong. The "lag" that consistently plagues PC, the terrible frame rate drops, is client side, is not dependent on the location of the other players and/or who "wins the server". Actual lag caused by latency, (usual symptoms of which are things like rubberbanding, game/audio slowing down and then speeding up, being unable to consistently deal damage because your client and the server are not in agreement etc.) is related to the server, of course, but CCP has managed to actually reduce it quite a bit compared to the early days (or months, lol) of PC. Now if only they would fix their bad coding that causes the frame rate drops... Have you considered installing the improved keyboard? "Go Go Power Rangers!"
