I am constantly sprinting only to somehow go into a walk. Then I have to re-engage sprinting. Rinse repeat at odd awkward intervals that have no rhyme or reason.
Is it a dust mite that trips me up? perhaps, a logi fart crop dusted me stopping me in my tracks?
Why can't i just sprint until I cease sprinting based on my input?
It is probably ****** coding, but maybe there is a legit reason I can't seem to find?
Anyone? |

I am glad you asked. Fully proto'd out stamina. Happens at any aspect of my stamina bar.
mayhap it's because it is the R3 button I am left no choice but to use. Do you use the R3 to sprint? |

Unfortunatley this happens to me at the most inaproppriate times resulting in my death.
It also has nothing to do with low- zero stamina, it can happen with a full stamina bar.

I also have problems as my left anolog stick is all chewed up from mashing it down to make sure I stay sprinting.... Looks like its about sawed through. Really though any one else have a 1/4 inch deep rut cut into the right anolog stick? |

My controller is pretty much new. I can run with no issues in BF4 using the same mechanic.
But, given you play dust, I am not surprised your controller is that. |

I use R3 sprint never experienced what you have going on there. Do occasionally get the can't sprint at all glitch, crouch then sprint clears that out though. Might work for your problem, not sure.

The sprinting controls in this game ruined my left stick: it keeps getting stuck in the forward position now. Sometime, I'll have to open it up and clean it out or something. |
