The Remote Dampener operates much like the current scanner, however, it reduces the scan profile of all suits in its transmission cone. While dampened the message, 'Your Signature is reduced' appears on your screen.

The Remote Dampener has mirror times and types as the current active scanner.

A remote dampener will always defeat the scan of a scanner one tier below it if activated after-wards. (you have been scanned by a standard scanner, an advanced Remote Dampener will cause suits in its cone to vanish off of the scanning parties radars.)

I suggest the Remote profile dampener has similar scan profile reductions as the profile dampener modules.

If there was to be a remote dampener, for balance sake it would have to be something you drop like a nanohive which you drop and it creates a stealth bubble, otherwise you are stealing yet another scout trait, which I know you aren't concern with.

If its a disposable drop, I would be in support, if it is a permanent carry on like the actives scanner than I am against. It would also have to only effect active scanners too.
