i propose instead of adding a lunge or a charge while sprinting mechanic which imo would be slightly OP why not allow the quick slash attack to not interupt the sprint it should be fairly easy to implement and would reduce the amount of chasing needed to take a target down |

I don't know, but you get the idea, there would have to be a reason to go for the different melee weapons, so I am thinking they are saving the other functions for the other knives. honestly i believe knives are on the backburner for now which is fine due to the other problems currently in the game. but all knives should have the same mechanics regardless of race damage efficiency should change depending on race imo. Also id like to see the same 150% efficiiency that apply to headshot be applied to the back of a target that way instead of 100% itd be 150% for a sneak attack |

Gallente wins at this. So far I chase and when they slow down that's when I get them. You right though, no interruption as you run. I still hate how they "lock" at the 5th swing. i believe the lock is a bug not intended to be there, and if it isnt we need an overheat meter, luckily it only takes me two swings if i dont 1HKO on the first. but i can see how that would become a problem in large groups of targets. |
