He pressed the button that recruits him, made his profile, then turned on his ps3.
Yeah... It didn't work and he won't restart to change his name and I didn't get my items.
Should I send a ticket to CCP?

From my experience the person you recruited should receive it at first login on his character, no waiting at all.
