Nothing should INSTA KILL a vehicle (except MLT/STD LAVs), but considering the weapon im using, the proficiency, the 2 Cx dam mods, and running a HEAVY... i think DS: 2 shots LDS:3 LLAVs: 2-3 shots STD - MLT - SLAVs : 1 Tanks MLT- 2 Any other tank- 2+ This , WITHOUT modules.... IMO that is. Sounds reasonable but very vague.

I think the FG should at least have a drop off in the projectile if not the damage.

You do realize that shields have a base resistance of 10% against Forge Guns right? Yes, but the best shield tanks have 40% resist and 5.5k shield with 10% reduction that's 50% damage reduction. A Wykiromi breach proficiency, 5 two damages, and a rear hit will drop the shields by more than half on the best tank, on an average fit it wil insta pop it or come very close.

5 minutes later he pulls out a Scat Ion fit Madrugar, so it is clear he has over a million in tanks probably at least 4 but he is too scared to actually pull his tank out to fight me.

One problem I have is that if an FG gets behind me he can hit me with 4 shots and I go pop this is because he out shoots my rep. ideally I can take 7 proto FG shots maybe 8 (no rear hits and my rep cycles completely) but because of the delay in rep time and cycle time it takes half that.

Have you even been to maps like Manus Peak? And that tactic requires a pilot so how would that help balance things in terms of infantry? Lol Manus peak with 7 moving HAV's tell me that's not an accident waiting to happen. The tanker needs another tanker for the support and teamwork why shouldn't the infantry have to use teamwork?

I don't care about real life I care about balance in this video game. Vehicles should have better armor a gazillion years in the future.
If Complexity = not getting insta popped then Complexity = fun. 12 seconds or less to pop a tank that took at least an hour to grind the ISK. A rail tank does not have your DPS and can get to places and fire at angles that you can.

You have Modules,speed and Cover to avoid death. 19K EHP.... wow my basic Maddy is 6573 x 1.5 + whatever the rep value of the IGL polarized rep is..... that definitely not 19K....how'd you do that? 2x carapace armor hardener's plus maxed out passive resist skill gives about 50% if I am not mistaken maybe more then it has a 180mm nanofiber giving it 6k armor so with resists 9k EHP plus 6k reps which is also being hardened. 9k+9k+1k(shields)=19k this is the most Ideal situation generally I won't have shields or I won't have both resists active when the first and possibly 2nd hardener is on. So in general I have a good 15k EHP with that factored in. I'll mail you the Precise fit if you'd like.

You have let's see 6573 x 1.5 is roughly 9725 then IGL is around 5100 rep so Ideally you have Ideally around 18.5k EHP but it is usually around 14-15k EHP that you have though may tank is superior to yours by just a little bit.
