On the events page on the dust website, it says you will only get rewarded for using the same type of weapon.
Does this mean I can't use the duvoile, then use that imperial without restarting my total kills for the quafe event?
Poor CCP, always causing confusion.

I think they clarified this already over at the events page. You just have to dig through all those posts.
I just want to know when we're getting all our rewards. I want my 'Quafe's. |

I think what they will do is run a query to do a count per unique weapon type for the time period.
If I make 1200 kills with a Toxin SMG I would hit the cap of 100 x M512 SMG.
If I also make 23 kills with an M209 Assault SMG I will get 2 x Ishukone Assault SMG.
Somewhere in there I kill 54 people with the EXO-5 then I'll also get 5 x Freedom MD.
I very much doubt it will matter what order or what match each kill was made in.
