Because they have scanners too. You'd have evidence if you were in a squad ALONE and you didn't have scanners but you saw scan results. But you don't, because it doesn't work that way. |

When i solo i see some red dots blinking now and then, but they never light up like they do with active scanners.

It is squad based, when we run 2 squads in faction warfare i cannot see the other squads scans only my own squads. |
