PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE! I friken loved that map. Some of the best times I ever had in dust were on that map. Please consider bringing the old Manus Peaks back to the map roster.

Manus Peak sucks without the peak, there should be some tweaks (accessible from either side without travelling through the redline for a start), but the peak should return.

Codex's felt like peak but it was a bowl map too.
brooding menacing and interesting. What's changed? Too much...
At least redline sniping wasn't bad at all considering that sniping from red line sucked on those maps.
What made the maps terrible though was the rail tanks back then could easily claimed dominance over the entire map.

That map was horrible....anyone with half a brain could easily fend off an entire squad by himself, while a team-mate dominated the map with a Thales. And the rail tanks......FFS the damn rail tanks.

Come on the only reason tanks dominated that map was because back in codex tanks dominated everything. And counter sniping was so easy on that map. I remember one time, during a conversation about snipers, to prove how easy it was to counter snipe on that map, I counter sniped four snipers in about 10 seconds. No bullshit.
I love that map, it had such a good infantry dynamic, the battle for A and C was always awesome for infantry. And the difficulty with B being so far away, and trying to maintain that objective and the upper hand...
Come on you know that map was awesome.

Don't forget the New Moon Night maps, the lightning could serve as the sole source of light.
Some functional lampposts or other sources of light would also be welcome too though.

Actually, back then it was the missile tanks.
I can remember almost leaving two matches do solely to Noc Tempre sitting up on the mountain under the Gallente MCC blapping anyone that even came near an objective.
You could shoot back, but he'd just roll back out of sight, boost his shields up, and then roll back into position again.

Oooh yeah i remember that one. Good map, would be good to bring it back now things are more balanced. maybe with a tweak to cut down on the sniper peak dominance. could be interesting making it a 4 point map with one of the objectives on the peak itself |
