Would it be possible to have access to Dust Mail, contacts, and such (essentially our NEOCOM social tab) off line or at least where we can log into it via laptop or iPad?
Would be a really useful feature and for those of us without a keyboard on the PS3 for both in game can out of game applications.
Long term would actually like full NEOCOM functionality off line. I believe EVE has a NEOCOM app, correct? Perhaps dust could draft off that...would be awesome if you could access your EVE and Dust characters from the same set up. |

RDVs are a failed experiment - can't we just remove them from the game?

Not positive, but I think the Dust application for the PSP might let you do this.

1st I've heard of that. Laptop, smartphone, tablet access would be the way to go I think.

There was talk of a Vita app back around Fanfest, but I think it was cancelled.

Not sure what would be the most efficient way to do it. I think an app would work best and if they were sharp they could build it to access dust and eve. My gut tells me they would be more apt (yes, pun intended) to explore this if it was an EVE compatible product. I would be willing to pay about $2 for a polished app.
As for the website action...that might might end up being the easier way. Honestly, both require an internet connection so website vs app might really be about how cool you want the user interface to look.
Long term vision might be a an EVE "google"...forums, mail, NEOCOM available via forum sign-in from multiple platforms.

The Crest API is still in the works. Give it time.
CCP, thank you for hotfixing the knives. But please make sure they're at their full potential in 1.7.
