I've been trying my Logi Armor i found that as a new player its better to form a support role and avoid direct combat. i enjoy playing with others i can hear but not talk back. I have a logi suit lvl 1 not advanced i'm about to hit lvl 2 & will save for lvl 3.
I will follow heavies setup, setup strategic respawns meant to help get our team where they need to be without telegraphing where they are coming from.
I carry all milita support gear, Nanite, REpair, droplink,
My loadout is
Gek AR
3 basic plates & above for my logi
If needed as a front liner i have a gal med Adv fram
Gek AR
2 enhanced shield extenders
3 basic plates
droplink
basic locust
mlita SubMachine
I also have Heavy Sentinel lvl and i'm lvl3 HMG although i rarely use it i just carry my gek with my heavy armor
the HMG Sux Sweaty Elf nuts that have been over worked and under showered.
You don't have to issue me orders although i can hear you i will do common sense things like heal repair lay down cover fire and jump out of a damaged vehicle to do repairs and or engage a AV enemy. I will lose a clone trying to save your rig gladly because thats how i roll. |

We've got a section for stuff like this.
Interested in how this turns out. I ignore corp invites and the like because I have no mic; wouldn't feel right.

Actually, that should probably say "squad invites and the like", but it isn't that big a deal. I was thinking of the messages you get saying you should join corp X when I said corp invites.

Usually there's two reasons for corps requiring mics (mine included). One is intel...being able to let the guy next to you know "Don't go round the corner there's a damn tank" or "The bastards are camping our CRU spawn somewhere else" is vital. The other much more important imho, is comradery, our corp spends just as much time (if not more) alternating between heckling (good naturedly of course) and audibly high-fiving each other.
Having said that I'm not nearly as iron-clad on that rule as I probably should be. We've got non-english first language speakers and non-us time-zone players who often go silent but it's nice to know at least they're listening. As long as you at least have that going for you it's a point in your favor so if you feel like joining a smaller corp look mine up. |

thanx guys its hard playing randoms and actually trying to help they just run out into a hail of fire, i respawn them then they run off before i can repair armor they are steady splitting up and giving me no support while i stop to place a sneaky droplink or a vehicle won't fly off with a player in it even though i will bail the first hit or go with player to repair.
Tried squad finder its all mics only or join and then you sit in lobby for hours. |
