Every so often I want to see what a suit would look like in a particular environment; I'm sure we all have. Well, I sat down for a while and decided I wanted to see this particular one so bad that I opened up the photo-edit software and went to work. Took a few hours but here's the end result. Feel free to save it if you'd like, or even make suggestions.
Side note: This originally started out as an attempt to make a custom wallpaper but it's not high enough of a resolution.
Copyright: I in now way shape or form claim copyright to any of the materials used in the creation of this image. The Minmatar Medium Frame belongs to CCP and the textures used came from www.cgtextures.com under a free license. The background was pulled from google images. Software used was a mixture of Paintshop SAI, GIMP 2.0 and Photoshop Elements.

Environmentally sealed suit with heating and cooling from the future, needs a furr coat for a snowy biome.
Seems legit 
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

I'm as skilled with imaging stuff as goldfish are at cooking with grills, so this is impressive enough to me.
Lol, yeah, survival horror is a lot less terrifying when ammunition is not only plentiful but universal. Not to mention that creepy part would be a hell of a lot scarier if your mate wasn't playing hokey-pokey with a corpse using the kinesis module.
Also, jump scares are never scary. They're just mildly annoying.

Updated with the Caldari Plasma Warrior set. Inspired by the phrase: "A knight in shining armor is a man who's never had his metal tested."
If there is demand for it, I will post the modular bits for the Lava set as I hadn't finished it in favor of the plasma set.
Also considered adding some smoldering holes in the armor to give him more of a 'seasoned' look but I hit my texture quota for the day so it'll have to wait for tomorrow and only if there's demand for it.

Yeah getting a lot of good feedback about it in skype so I'm going to finish it up tomorrow night. Think I should add some smoldering bits to the armor or no?

Updated with the Amarrian Metal Storm set.
Sorry, not much changeability on this one as there was nothing I really added to the suit. Thought about adding some sparks and char marks to the suit itself to suggest it got struck by lightning... might add it later tomorrow when I have access to some more textures (I've hit my quota for today). If any of you have some suggestions for this set, toss 'em into the thread and I'll take a gander at it =D

Updated with the Gallente Guerilla.
I'm not entirely wed to this one so I didn't give any interchangeable options as far as adding/removing the effects and plan on doing a different set with the traditional sniper scout concept art of the Gallente Scout, but it was requested by the guys in Skype so I figured why not.

With the paint bucket I want simple things like this.
I don't want to be a peafowl with a ton of colors, I just want to match the environment I'm and get rid of this stupid bright white. |

I could resize them but there would be some degradation in quality as I had designed them with the sizes available to the background they were placed on. If I ever get more time I might work a bit harder on making legitimate wallpapers in native resolutions.
If you'd like to apply them as a wallpaper for your PS3, just open up your internet brower and go to the URL that this thread is associated with. You can hit 'Triangle' to open up the browser menu, select 'File' and 'Save Image' to the PS3 hard-drive. At that point you can go back and apply it as a wallpaper by going to the photo album it's been saved in, hit 'triangle' and then 'set as wallpaper' in the control panel. At this point you can resize it as you please and you're done!
