Majority of the terms in both documents especially in larger companies have been formed out of previous lawsuits or even worse criminal cases involving the abuse of their product While consumers have a right to be fairly treated there does needs to be a reasonable level of expectancy of the product(s) can and cannot do or will do over its lifetime. Food goes bad, materials wear, cars break, nature happens, Code changes.

If the product is not satisfactory the company usually recalls the product at no charge and at most times returns the wealth used to buy the said product (instead refunding it in a currency you cannot use) or returning the said product in a satisfactory state.

Consumers can refuse to return the product most of the time but the value of said product plummets significantly because the lack of safety or usefulness of the product.

I mean if these modules got buffed insead... should you also be suing on that as well considering it is no longer what you bought but the previous product was insufficiently inferior?

i do not wana aurum when i purchased the aurum i bought those bpo's with ccp i did so specifically for the bpos.

throughout all of dust there have only been 2 things in dust i would spend real time money for bpo's and boosters i have 30 mill sp sp means nothing to me now..bpo's however are worth quiet a bit to me thats why i bought them..and if they stayed and continued coming out with bpos i would continue to buy them

as soon as ccp changed there stance and approach with bpo's they lost me personally as a customer..in fact they could release all the templar bpos in a pack through the psn or in game store and i would snatch it in a heartbeat right NOW no matter how ****** dust is...i dont understand ccp

they are taking away the only things most of us are interested in spending money for in dust

if they remove bpo's from an inventory they need to replace them with equivalent bpo's i do not want aur i have no use for aur i think most who have played this game for as long as i have feel the same about bpo's they were the only thing worth buying..and now ccp doesnt want them in the game.

on that note iws you should ask them how they plan on making money off people like me without bpos? i will not spend money on anything that will not profit me throughout the entire lifetime of dust 514..if its an item and its expendable i have isk and sp for it..why spend real money...they are going to lose so much money no one is going to spend high amounts of money real money for packs of 100 crappy suits ..that go away..especially when ttk is like what 1.2seconds? if you spend money on anything other than bpo's or boosters you are letting ccp rob you.
