          According to the description it also "fully compatible with a with a broad range of missile types, making it one of the most versatile sidearm weapons on the battlefield". 
  What we have now is a pea shooter.

          Its an existing variant. It's just not in game. Look on the Neocom app, or any app that allows you to check the database of items.
  Vn-20 seeker tactical flaylock
  "Fires 3 low playload seeker missiles which must be prelocked"
  In other words, less damage per rocket, limited lock, allowing to dodge(think of the needler from Halo) And even if all 3 shots land, you'd be doing less damage than a gn-20 flay.
  A.k.a. "Low risk, low reward"
  Im assuming like 40 splash, 3 rocket spread, 1 second lock, tracking similar to Needler from Vanilla Halo. Direct damage would be like 90 a rocket. 2 shot clip.
  I mean, it's got a potential 270 per direct hit, which is invalid because only snipers and morons would stand still. Potential splash, would be 120 per salvo, meaning 240 clip splash. Current flay does 140 splash (afaik) and 3 shot clip, must aim, must land 3 seperate shots and even then its rare. So normal flay does 400-500 potential splash. 600 direct, assuming morons stand still or shooter is god.
  So... Again, why so afraid of seekers?

          I would love it to be like the needler ie one missile hits no sweat, a second hits a fair amount of damage inflicted and if the third hits the suits is fully compromised or destroyed.
  We need a Lv 4 and a Pro 1 version. 
  The missiles should do high direct and minimal splash.
  Then return the current Flaylocks to their previous level of damage but leave the existing blast radius and also decrease their RoF
