Why? Because, it won't hurt. You can already **** pretty hard with a scrambler, AR and Shotgun. I just want to go ull minmatar is that too much to ask?
What could possibly go wrong besides a few people skilling out of plasma cannons into ARs. pretty much the only useful light weapons are AR, Scr, shotgun and possibly MD.

Why would they do an infantry respec now when the racial dropsuits are very likely coming in 1.8? People would spend their points and then want ANOTHER respec because they've decided to go Gallente Sentinel. Best to wait till racial variants of suits are fleshed out more.

I concur. I've got proto + prof SCR- if there is no light weapon respec, that's fine, I'll still have arguably the best rifle of the bunch (tied for largest optimal, no spool-up, equivalent DPS). That said, a light weapon respec would be fun. Adding a bit of novelty can only help player retention. |
