Let's make this quick, I was flying in my dropship and one swarm hit me, next thing I know I crash .when I see who killer me, I see'charron' the name of the mcc.why? Did I get shot down by the mcc?

Sounds like you flew in the path of the missile being fired by the mcc, at the other mcc. Tough luck. |

Yep.
MCCs shoot missiles at each other throughout the match. They're not there just for show, they will kill you if you get hit. Null Cannon missiles too, so don't stand directly above one.
Btw, it's easy to get on top of a null cannon, on that installation with ramps on each sides that lead to a terrace. Jump on top of the null cannon and be blown to kingdom come.

I can confirm a NULL cannon hit my dropship and blew it up. |

If it was a single missile, it wasn't a Swarm. You just got hit by what we EVE players would consider a 'small missile' turret.

Fun fact, MCC Missiles don't hit as hard as Null Cannon Missiles. I've survived MCC hits but never a null cannon missile. That said they still hurt like crazy. You can usually tell if you get hit by it because the explosion looks different to any other explosion in the game.

Another fun fact (or so I've been told):
You can sacrifice your dropship to save your MCC by intercepting NULL cannon missiles.

I've seen some dipshit I was sniping on top of an MCC get nailed by one of the falling Nullcannon missiles as he was running back for cover on top of the thing, one of the greatest moments of my DUST experience
