But I find SCR aren't that hard to dodge.

Unless the victim had Caldari Assault to V and the shooter had no proficiency or damage mods, in which case you still have about 2-3 health left from that extender. Once I was facing a squad with some of my corp mates and Catdog (terrible match....). We were in a 1v1 and we had about the same amount of HP left. I dodged EVERY ONE of his shots. No lie. Unfortunately, my Toxin AR ran out of ammo in the clip, and we both had to switch to our sidearms, which ended in a win for him.....I would've won if he hadn't had more HP than me :/ When I'm depressed, I cut myself......A BIG SLICE OF CHOCOLATE CAKE!

LOL I get the feeling that that is a bug. Cause the heat suddenly dropping, and breaking the OH by crouching doesn't seem like a purposeful design For the State!
