you boughthe AUR, and they threw in the LAV for free. you did not technically buy the LAV. The pack was a pack of stuff, with AUR included. You didn't buy AUR with stuff bundled in. re-read the pack information, description, and relevant conract information pretaining to the pack. becuase its extra, and your buying the AUR
Do you have proof, because all of the screen clippings and advertisements i have purchased do not state that they are "bonus" items.

Hey look at that, a full description without the words bonus or anything. Actually it appears as though the gear is just as important to the pack as the aurum and the boosters.
Actually I have the Dust 514 slip that came with my PS3 also (giving me a guristas LAV BPO.) Also once again, not saying one thing that you are claiming.....
Linky to collectors edition
Hey llook at that, also not listed as bonus items, oh and what is this???

Hey I have it in writing that the collectors edition that I purchased comes with PERMANENT GEAR.
Hopefully this helps you pull your head out of your butt.

Hey I have it in writing that the collectors edition that I purchased comes with PERMANENT GEAR. Hopefully this helps you pull your head out of your butt. it then goes on the clerify that permanant means "requiring no restocking or replacement." im not really interested in re-spoonfeeding you information from **** you clicked "I agree" on in order to begin using your PS3 and playing dust. you shoulda ******* read the contracts you were signing.
Do you understand English?
I ask this because what you wrote is directly supportive of what I wrote. This gear, which had no disclaimers or stipulations on the page or in any agreement within, is permanent. This permanent gear will never require me to restock or replace it because it is permanent, i.e. it is mine forever. This is what was advertised with no strings attached.
Of course if English is your second language I apologize for the misunderstanding.
If however English is your first language.... keep going to school kid.
EDIT: Oh and of course let me reiterate... EULAs are more or less useless. They do not stand up in the court of law. They are not binding legal contracts, they do not carry sufficient weight to override consumer rights...
Actually thats why they get thrown out, EULAs can not make you give up your rights.

I guess you read that AFTER my edit.
Here let me copy-pasta it for you.

Do yourself a favor and get educated. Do a cursory google search for the terms EULA and court. Have fun becoming enlightened.
Stop being a baby about other people having stuff you were either 1) too late to get or 2)too cheap to buy
