Please stop playing ping pong with my HAV for 5 minutes before dropping it. I know it's a lot of fun to slam that sucker down and bring it back up as I pepper your craft with SMG bullets and grenades, but it's not good for you either when that Heavy with the Assault Forge Gun blows you out of the sky because you took too long. It's not good for you and it's not good for me, and if team killing eventually allows me to blow you up and you don't stop, I will. It's what you deserve.

I would like to laugh, but this issue has costed me my life (and sometimes my vehicle) in many situations since the RDV likes playing with your vehicle like a yo-yo. CCP really needs to do something about this ridiculous bug; that and dropships that are dropped from too high and blow up on contact with the ground (it still happens...).

Luckily, I usually use brick Somas and don't have a large investment in vehicles. However, it happens to me one in every ten HAVs I call in, if not more. Mine costs less than 350k, because I suck at tanking and don't want to risk more, but I would be royally pissed off if my HAV cost any more than that. I'm not exactly made of ISK.
Also, I was not aware that Dropships could be instantly destroyed on delivery. That must be a nice surprise.

Actually, I've figured out that they are identical twins. Ivan is the one that always drops the vehicle on time, while Boris is the one that plays ping pong with it, drops it in the wrong spot or doesn't arrive at all. Boris also switches it up by occasionally dropping the vehicle early, squishing multiple players waiting for a ride.

Ivan drinks a lot of Vodka, but he always does his job. Boris, on the other hand, has been importing Magic Mushrooms from the Mushroom Kingdom since Beta and has been addicted ever since.
