Heard that vehicle users are getting sp back from certain vehicles/mods/turrets so where's that extra sp going?
Back into vehicles, or into infantry?

Vehicles are my third role and all SP I get back from them will go back into them. This time I will focus strictly on Caldari Assault Dropships with the idea that they are the closest to the Minmatar with shield tanking. I won't bother with putting any points into LAVs for now. The Ishukone Watch Saga does just fine, is super cheap to field and I don't care if I need to abandon it to press the fight.
With the improved splash from missiles maybe I'll start killing more using my ship. I've become decent on keeping my dropship alive but actually killing with it is still a challenge.

I shield tank now, plus I have skills for dropships, and Lav.
Probably going Assault dropship. I would fly now, but am far too squishy.
Wanted to fly a dropship since I started the game. But due to that lack of WP gain, I went tanks.

Consolidating it all into my Incubus unless Minmatar ships are released, and then I might fly that depending on how the bonuses look. Either way, it's all getting focused into one kind of Assault Dropship. If any points are ultimately refunded from infantry, they will be used to perfect said ADS build.

I have an all vehicle alt with about ~4-5mil invested into them; I'll respec into them on that character and see if I like it or not, then I'll either respec into them or get more complex modules. :)

You can get a ton of mileage out of investing right and getting into your "perfect" fit early, then it's just a matter of rounding out the skills. There's definitely more of a sink to the sink though

Considering HAVs are more true to their race then infantry tend to be, playstyle wise, I'd go for armor for preparation.

Shield. more high slots, more DMG mods to stack for maximum railgun death cannon-ing.

all going into infantry, CCP obviously cannot get vehicles right, especially dropships.
if the charybdis is still one tough sumanabatch when they re release it without a huge SP investment ill do that but, itll prolly be mega nerfed AND require 10mil SP just for a ****** nerfed one.
oh,
and once AV becomes useless ill spec into a proto rail turret with some ok mods for more damage to have a way to kll tanks |
