I literally just signed on and there's so many goddamn "WE GOTZ A RESPAC" threads that I want to punch Amarrian children in the name of freedom.
People that put skill points into vehicle related things are getting refunded for things being removed, replaced, and overall changed. This is not a respec. The last respec we had was after the open beta, so shut your goddamn mouths. It's a refund.
Man, I'm going to enjoy blowing up every single vehicle I see now.
