It's another one of those things that people cry out in order to justify why they lost. "modded controllers", "protostomping" people will accuse the enemy team of it whether it is happening or not.

To think that you or ccp has the right to tell me what equipment I can use is incredible arrogance, subversion, pettiness and incompitence.
As far as gun play goes I seldom see breach, tac or burst ars. And I see tons and tons of missed scrambler pistol shots all the time.
Single shot weapons take incredible skill in this game. Especially againsts ars.

You don't even need a modded controller. You can just feather the trigger and turn an Exile into a Duvolle.
I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"
