I can recall 1 match that I can't guarantee had a full squad on the other (and they still might have, if their bluedots were smart and squadded.) Basically, 9/10 matches were full squad+ of STB, Latinos killers corp, DIOS Ex, ect. My last match, not a single person went positive. If the new player experience still consist of full proto squad v. 500k sp reddots, this game is in sad shape. What I don't understand (and maybe its because I played at a different time than usual,) is I rarely face a squadless opposition on my main. So why does matchmaking seem to work (mostly) for higher sp toon, but noobs get thrown to the wolves? To me, it seems like everyone fresh out of the academy gets all bunched together on the same team, then matched v. whoever presses the battle button. Btw I came in top 5 nearly every game, running the minmatar starter assault fit. Not because I am that skilled, but my teams were that bad.

I play those corps squaded up with their protos with my main character (17 million sp). Whatever no big deal, but I started a new dood to escape the proto tryhard atmosphere and well, it didn't take long before I was playing the exact same people. By not long I mean once I graduated from dust Academy. The matchmaking in this game is all messed up. I think that "fix" to matchmaking was removed after nothing worked right. Granted I went through the same when I first started playing dust but, a lot of new comers are surely turned off by this. Newbies need more help, for the good of the game. Maybe a longer Academy experience? Maybe a no squad ambush mode? Something.
