Still too optimistic I think, I'm not expecting them until the first week of December with the actual patch out on the 10th

You're expectations are far out of sync with reality.
1.7 is more than likely going to be focused around three key points :
- Caldari Production Facility / New Socket Pack
- Vehicle Rebalance
- Release of Combat Rifle / Rail Rifle
And beyond that they've alluded to new Equipment in one of their dev blog posts from a few weeks ago, whether that passed internal testing or not we don't know.
If you're expecting anything more than that (ESPECIALLY anything related to new vehicle classes and the release of the other racial hulls) then you're only setting yourself up for disappointment.
