i'm talking about the fit you pull out when you need to show people who's boss. when you're facing some cocky bastards and you need to let them know not to **** with you.
i run this fit quite often, but mine is:
Scout gk.0
Viziam or Carthum Assault Scrambler Pistol
Six Kin Submachine Gun
Complex Sidearm Damage Mod
4 Enhanced Armor Plates
M1 Locus Grenades
Compact Nanohive
i wish that i could see the look on people's faces when they turn the corner, expecting an easy scout skill, only to be taken down faster than they can take my shields down. it is very rare, and i mean VERY rare that i lose a 1v1 in this fit. i've taken on up to 5 guys at once, and won! i've beaten it all, you name it. brick tanked gallente logis/assaults (these are actually the toughest), Proto Heavies, Proto Caldari Logis. they all think that because they're facing a scout, it will be an easy kill, but not even their Duvolle ARs can save them from the fury of this biscuit  . and when you get a bunch of us scouts in a squad, oh thats a whole other ballgame...
i know some of you have fits like this. that you use when you want your name to remembered, and feared. now TELL ME OR PERISH

This bad boy melts duvolles, and sometimes tac duvolles, but scramblers and standard type ARs can just suck it. I melt all with only the fury a minmatar can dish out. Either that one or Recruit Kalamari Militia medium, twin recruit SMG, complex sidearm damage mod, cardiac regulator/pg, complex/enh shield extender, compact nanohive, militia locus.
This one is what i use on protos and more importantly, CK.0's. As i DESPISE them and hate them for existing, so i tell them how bad they are by taking a prenerfed BPO and mudering them with it.

Hey, mine's a sidearm fit too lol. I don't do proto suits, I'm over 20m SP deep and still refuse to get one. I prefer to be versatile over specialized.

Basically I have the HP of a slightly buffed scout (184/169) with slightly less speed (5.3/7.79), but enough module slots and PG/CPU to dampen myself below all but proto scanners and run a Cala with an 18.7% damage increase (comes out to just over 34 damage per bullet, but at 1000 RPM). I sacrifice even more health with the energizer to ensure that once my shields DO start to come back, they come back fast. Have only lost 3 of these fits so far, 1 to a sniper, another to a forge gunner on a roof, and the last to..... a Minmatar Nova Knifer who I was unable to scan believe it or not. Anyway, this beast melts fools so fast that they barely have time to pull their trigger and is invisible to almost everyone, while allowing me to check my corners before I come around them. Head to head 1v1, I've yet to seea suit that can match it

don't even worry about strafing, you're pretty much guaranteed to out-tank anyone you face.
