I wouldn't mind it so much if they weren't all the same race. Where is the Gallente heavy?
The Ellecon's come from a long line of Gallente. Tarn chose Peace. Tallen chose war.

You have to admit at least heavies aren't the joke that they were for a longass time, at least now they are competitive. Note: not optimal, but they have a chance now.
Also I agree, let's get some variation in the mix. I'm waiting for my Minmatar heavy slayer lol |

Basic heavy is a skirmisher heavy - you can do dual damage mods or slap on a recharger/energizer to reduce downtime.
Also 2x complex paired with almost any weapon shifts encounter dynamics, trading 100 or so armor for another 9% damage is a no brainer when the EHP pool is large before plates. |
