When charged, oneshots almost anything. Is it fair in your opinion?
I still haven't an opinion (i just fell in love, maybe that's why I haven't).

Gg 15 minutes ago and ya I think it's fair cause people can stack 5 complex Dmg mod so a duvolle for a .2 second ttk.

It is absurdly powerful. Perhaps even OP. That thing wrecks my alts Gallente Logi fit with 500+ armour. Balance is needed, but how it should be attained... well, I'd say that EVERYTHING needs to be worked on.
Anyway, keep [ab]using it. I would. |
